Article on Niagara Peninsula Wines

by Howie Hart » Wed Aug 20, 2008 10:32 am

Mark Criden, who has attended the last two NiagaraCOOL picnics, wrote a nice article in the July/August Buffalo Spree magazine regarding Niagara Peninsula wines. I believe he was just as impressed with the Cave Spring CSV Riesling as we were when doing the NiagarCOOL winery tours in June.
The $30 CSV Riesling was stunning, a kaleidoscope of flavors, complete and complex as any Riesling in the world.

Buffalo Spree
Chico - Hey! This Bottle is empty!
Groucho - That's because it's dry Champagne.
