I agree. Another one that is very good is "The Home Winemakers Manual", available as a free download from a link on the WLDG Home Page: http://www.geocities.com/lumeisenman/. There is also http://www.winepress.us/, which is kind of like the WLDG, except aimed at wine makers and grape growers. My favorite book is "The Home Wine Makers Handbook" by Walter S. Taylor and Richard P. Vine, but it is quite out of date and was published in the 1960s.
