Is anyone familiar with the difference between the Réserve de nos Vignobles and the Réserve du Fondateur? I notice that the Vignobles also typically references Coteaux du Layon, whereas the Réserve du Fondateur appears to be simply labeled Anjou Blanc. Is one botrytis affected, while the other is not? Is it simply that one is harvested from outside of Coteaux du Layon? Or is this relabeling due to AOC rules (I understand that they were forced, relatively recently, to call the wine Domaine Touchais rather than Moulin Touchais to comply with AOC rules).
Thanks in advance.
