2004 Louis Jadot Pernand-Vergelesses 1er Cru En Caradeux Clos de la Croix de Pierre - France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Pernand-Vergelesses 1er Cru (9/29/2008)
Tasty if somewhat subdued right now. There's still lots of fruit, but it has to be coaxed from the glass. It's very minerally, but mostly in a shell. 60 minutes in I am just starting to get some real flavors. No green streak here.

David,

I am curious as to why you decided to open this wine so early? Do you have more put back to taste over the next few years?

I bought a bunch of 375s. I drink them whenever I want to. No plans to age them.
