Just found out that Don & Lindsay Schroeder have released their new Edelzwicker, a Riesling/PinotBlanc/GWT blend. Don is the winemaker at SeaSmoke and son of BeckyWork/Ampelos. Not tasted it yet but this is one I think is a safe bet to buy.

Curious...do people have a problem in the use of EdelZwicker, an Alsatian term that roughly translates as "storks sitting on the chimley means stork crap in the fireplace"???
