2002 Louis Jadot Beaune 1er Cru Les Chouacheux
Damn, I wish I hadn't opened it. Really closed at first, this wine took an hour to show anything. After that it was nice, but still like a closed fist of red fruit. Needs time, especially from my cellar, where all the wines seem to age like Dorian Gray (predictably in my attic they age like his picture).

I had this from a half not long ago. Very tight for first hour. But revisited about 6-8 hours later (at 2 AM, don't ask) the 375 was drinking well.

I left 60% of it in a 375 in the fridge. I will re-try tonight.
