Wine Society in Nashua and Tyngsboro - (NOT defunct)

by Paul Winalski » Tue Dec 23, 2008 11:48 pm

I drove out to shop at Market Basket on 101A in north Nashua, NH today. I was going to swing by the Wine Society store in Greystone Plaza on 101A, but I found that the storefront was shuttered and empty.

Has The Wine Society bit the dust? Or is their store in Tyngsboro MA still open?

Paul,
I've seen notices for activities of the Tyngsboro group pretty recently.
Happy holidays,
Charles

A follow-up:

It turns out that it's the store next door to the Wine Society in Nashua that has closed up shop. I had driven by at night several times and got the storefronts mixed up in the dark.

The Wine Society is alive and well in both locations. I stopped in at the Nashua store and bought a fine bottle of Schug pinot noir yesterday.

My apologies for jumping to conclusions without a proper investigation first.
