Really good with my grilled filet where the rare steak worked quite well with the bright fruit flavors. Not quite as much fun on its own as the alcohol sticks out a bit.

We'll see where this goes (if I can stay away from it when I have grilled beast).

Supposedly, but I am a bit concerned about the alcohol poking through when I had it sans steak.

I don't think this is one I would age. I did try it with Mark V. last month and did like it. I am going to pop one of my own next week, maybe next to the Evesham Wood ... although I think the Evesham Wood 7 Springs is actually the Anden Vineyard. Hmmm... maybe I'll do the SI Anden. I'll add my thoughts.

I will age some of these ... just as a novelty since this will be the last 7 Springs ever ... at least by anyone other than the new owner.

Hurray--someone else who understand how good a fresh young American pinot is with steak!
