An 80-20 blend of Monastrell (Mourvèdre) and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Dark purple in the glass.
Coffee on the big, rich nose.
Quite big and thick in the mouth, raspberry, black cherry, chocolate, a little hard, turning quite tangy and thin toward the end. Not as good as previous bottles.
A tart finish.
Purchased on sale for around $17 (Canadian).
