I'm on the fence with this one. It's good stuff and very enjoyable, should work well with food. If you're looking for something that shouts, "Chinon", I don't think this is it, at least right now. It does seem that it will last a while, so perhaps it will taste more like its origins later in life. At $24, though, I'm not sure I'll buy more.
