Mendoza
Proviva

Very dark purple in the glass.

Not much hapening on the nose.

Full and round in the mouth, viscous, rich blackberry and black cherry, smoky, good tangy acidity, spicy, sweet.

Toward the end of the bottle the wine started showing a bit more backbone and firmness, so I suspect it might reward some short-term cellaring.

A tangy, mouthwatering finish.

A very impressive wine.

Purchased at $14.95 (Canadian) and a good QPR at that price.
