Midway thru The Little Red Book of Wine Law: A Case of Legal Issues by CarolRobertson
This is quite an interesting read. It describes a number of wine-related legal cases; like the Gallo family feud, Kendall-Jackson vs Turning Leaf, Granholm vs Heald on InterState shipping, etc.
Having read a few legal documents and legislation of late, I was prepared to be bored out of my gourd. But it's actually very well-written (for an attourny) and a fascinating read. You don't come away from it w/ much respect for the Gallo family, for sure.
And then there are some fascinating sorta law-related wine vignettes that are great reads. Who'd have thunk that an attourny would know anything about wine!!
A neat little papperback I highly recommend.

I hope that there's a chapter devoted to Fred Franzia. That alone ought to make for a titillating read.
