by Bruce Hayes » Fri Apr 03, 2009 6:35 pm

Niagara Peninsula

Medium yellow in the glass.

Citrus peel and light floral notes on the nose.

Medium weight, racy acidity, lemon, pear, a hint of tangerine, very clean, peppery, light honey, floral, fresh and refreshing.

Spicy, tangy, mouthwatering finish.

Purchased at $10.95 (Canadian).

Bruce,

Great to read your descriptions. Pinot Blanc makes consistently wonderful table wine in Ontario; there's not much of it planted though.

This should be easy to find. I'm going to get some, just in time for patio season ...

Nice note Bruce. I took a Gray Monk PB over to the UK, very much appreciated it was too.
