Greetings from Alsace. The vintage 2008 is now to be served. I have always learned that there are 50 Crand Cru places in Alsace but now it is 51. The lates is Kaefferkopf in Ammerschwihr. Can anyone tell me the true story about the newborn. Has it reached its place with money or has it some historical reasons ? I visited two small winemakers Bruno Hertz and Bernard Walter. I do not think that they are known among wine lovers.
