Dufouleur Pere & Fils
A blend of Aligote, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Dark yellow in the glass.

Good stream of fine bubbles.

Apples on the nose.

Medium weight, nutty, lemon and green apple, good acidity, peppery, a hint of honey, clean and refreshing with some bitter citrus rind toward the end.

Mouthwatering and bitter citrus rind on the finish.

A good, everyday sparkling wine. Would have been even yummier if it had been a few dollars cheaper.

Purchased at $21.95 (Canadian).
