100 per cent Pinot Noir.

Good frothy mousse when poured.

Lovely salmon-pink-copper color in the glass.

Lots of streams of fine bubbles.

Strawberry, raspberry, apple, good tangy acidity, medium weight, spicy, a little sweet, good mouthfeel, crisp and a little creamy.

Apples on the mouthwatering finish.

I can see this being a very popular drink on the summer backyard deck tour!!

Purchased at $19.95 (Canadian).
