DOC Marches
Velenosi srl

Dark purple in the glass.

Smoky, earthy and sweaty on the nose.

Leather, earthy, full, round and thick in the mouth, black cherry, chewy, bitter chocolate, blood pudding, charred, tarry, with a healthy bitter streak toward the end.

Bitter and drying on the finish.

A very rich, thick and hefty wine that went quite well with food. My first wine from this appelation.

Purchased at $14.45 (Canadian).
