Opened for Father's Day along with my parents. Decanted a few hours ahead of serving. Phenomenal wine; this is packed with intensely sweet, rich fruits but carries itself with incredible lightness and elegance. Gorgeous flavours of pineapple, mango, apple and lime with touches of honey and an intense stony mineral character underneath all the fruit with plenty of acidity keeping it in perfect balance. Very long finish with the mango and honeyed flavours just lingering on in the back of the mouth. Wow!
