Bottle says NON FILTRÉ, good for them. Or for us. Quite rich and lovely nose of cherry, vanilla, coconut milk, sousbois and that peculiarly pleasant musk distilled from the armpitular glands of free-range skunks dwelling in the forest of Allier (here I found all the concentrated animale that was missing from yesterdays CdP). Before food, the healthy acidity was a bit stronger than the fruit, but became harmonic after the ingestion of some Abbaye de Belloc, my favorite sheep's milk cheese. The only thing that detracted was a slightly bitter finish (there's almost no place in my life for bitterness).
"I went on a rigorous diet that eliminated alcohol, fat and sugar. In two weeks, I lost 14 days." Tim Maia, Brazilian singer-songwriter.
