The state of Pennsylvania is rolling out prototype wine kiosks, "25 feet long, 10 feet high and [containing] a couple hundred bottles of wine." Get this, you would have to blow into the machine to prove that you're not already intoxicated. What an incredibly stupid idea.

Can the machine also tell the purchasers age? Get little bro to blow into the bag for big bro?
I just can't envisage the underpaid screen-watcher being at all vigilent.
A completely awful idea.
