Something for the locals (or jet setters amongst you).

Suisun Valley 2009 Harvest Celebration

There are seven wineries in the Suisun Valley (map of them here) and most folks don't know them. If you're in the neighborhood, this would be a good time to get to do a little barrel tasting, meet the winemakers, see the grapes, and do all that stuff we wine geeky types like to do. It's all free as far as I know. The wines ain't half bad either!

The Jelly Belly factory isn't far away either! The Budweiser brewery which is also close by is unfortunately closed on Sundays.

If I'm working I'll be either be at the Blue Victorian or the Vezér Family Vineyard ... nobody tells me nothing. When they do, I'll let you know.

By the way, it's pronounced SUH (like in DUH - think Homer Simpson) and SOON (like in SOON).
And now what?

I just got the duty roster. I'll be working at the Vezér Family Vineyard. If you're in the neighborhood drop in.
And now what?
