This is my first venture into Argentine Chard. and a wonder it is. Very pale straw color at first turning into a deeper straw color over an hour+, this wine had LOTS of great acidity with some light vanilla and tropical fruit. This wine could actually benefit from further aging but since I have only one other bottle, that is not likely. I have some 05 and 06 that I am eager to try also.
