I opened with tonight with and hour to breath in crafe. Very dark purple in color and served with beef kabobs and peanut sauce this was a very fine example of an excellent Napa Cab. with a tiny bit of age on it. There was lots of smoothish tannins and cassis flavors but the secondary flavors had not yet shown themselves. My only bottle but I was desperate for something nice tonight without a lot of decanting time. I'd lay mine down for 4-5 years if I had some more and could keep my hands off of them.
