One of the greatest vintage Blanc de Blanc I've tried. I suspected it would be good, but this bottle was surreal. Probably at the apex of its evolution and maturity.
Great combination of ripeness, acidity, elegance and complexity. Citrus, subtle hazelnut, ginger, limestone and floral notes. Like a sparkling aged Grand Cru Chablis. Incredible depth, mouthfeel and finish.
The bad news is I'm down to one remaining bottle. The good news is I still have another bottle.
