Seppelt Show Sparkling Shiraz 1987 – Still very dark. Bittersweet chocolate. Very soft and the sparkle nearly gone. Fading. Drink this up.

Catena Alta Malbec 2002 – Smooth, dry, concentrated. Good now but should get better.

Montauriol Cotes du Frontonnais 2001 – Soft. Still OK but getting old.

Domaine Serene Evenstad Oregon Willamette Pinot Noir 2003 – Soft, chocolate sweetness. Has plenty of acid but still manages to be balanced. Light, strawberry and some cherry fruit dominating. Finishes long. Lovely wine.

Kaiken Malbec Argentina 2004 – Deep flavors. Bitter chocolate. Slightly over oaked. Smooth and creamy in a drink now style. Nice.
