AC Bordeaux Sec
Daniel & Nicolas Roux

100 per cent Sauvignon Blanc

Light yellow in the glass.

Spicy, peppery, citrus rind with a hint of gooseberry on the nose.

Light to medium bodied, very peppery, tangy citrus rind, a little bitter, good acidity, clean, fleshy, lemon, grapefruit, light gooseberry, drying.

Mouthwatering, lemon, drying and tart on the finish.

Worked better with food than on its own.

Purchased at $13.95 (Canadian).
