A blend of Sémillon (90 per cent) and Sauvignon Blanc.

Good frothy mousse.

Light yellow in the glass.

Good streams of bubbles.

Yeast, spicy, citrus on the nose.

Light to medium weight, nutty, crisp, good acidity, melon, green apple, tangy, a hint of honey.

Mouthwatering on the finish.

Enjoyable, but nothing special.

Purchased at $15.95 (Canadian).
