This is an interesting read, giving some feedback on the 2006 vintage up in northern Michigan. Here in Ontario, it is very much the same: September has been very atypically cold and wet; not a good omen for what seemed up to August to be another very promising red-wine vintage in Ontario following the great '05. But who knows - the whites may indeed be fine, just as they are from the rather rainy 2004.

Thanks for posting that, Paul. As I've been experiencing the wet cool weather, I wondered about the effect on our friends up at TC. And it looks like more of the same for another week, interspersed with an occasional bit of sun. Like now.
