I was saddened to hear that the Warm Lake vines had died. Looks like a good site, so I hope Freedom Run will have success with it.

Me too. The Mannings, who own Freedom Run, seem like sensible folks and have a very enthusiastic staff. The vineyards at Warm Lake still have good value, as they are cleared, have trellises, and drain tiles. I'm sure they will be re-planted with a variety of suitable vinefera.
