This white from the Kidnappers Vineyard was lovely in a Chablis kinda way. Pale straw color the nose and palate were full of citrus, both lemon and lime, with great acidity but not too tart. I had it with grilled chicken and bruschetta (sp.) on garlic toast but it really would have shined with lobster or fried oysters, seared scallops, etc.
I only have one more bottle but would really like to see how this wine aged with 10 or more years. abv of %13.5 and in screw cap.
