Bright, lemony fruit that is lightly coated in oak. It's almost Chablis-like in its citric intensity, providing great refreshment ona warm summer day.

Speaking of Matrot, the Bourgogne Blanc is a killer wine at $13!! Minerals, lemon and a cleanness that is amazing...
Cheers, Jim

Hi David -- What's your thinking on this one, drink 'em now or hold on to 'em?

Drink now because I have no faith that premox has been solved. I think it has the balance to age, but I am not willing to roll those dice again.
