I need a quick consumer tip: 1993 Pierre et Catherine Breton "Perrieres" Bourgueil vs the 1995 - which is the better buy, assuming I intend to drink within the next year?

I haven't tasted either but based on other Loire reds from both years, I would slightly favour 95 but ideally would want both. Good wines were made in both years but they were not up to the level of, say, 89, 90, 96 and also 97, if you like the ultra ripe style of the last.
Ah, thank you for the quick response. I will only be buying one, as my wife will be carrying my purchases and she will not carry more than a couple of bottles and I do need to buy a mature Bordeaux as well - or else
