2005 Domaine Robert Chevillon Bourgogne
It's been nearly 5 years since I last tasted this wine. It has barely budged. There's still plenty of deep black cherry fruit with hits of more tart berries along for the ride. Tannin structure has not really changed since release. I think I will check back in after another 3-4 years or so.
