I imagine the 2003s would be ready, and it would probably be a good idea to check in on them (especially the Vielle Cure - opinions on CT seem to agree), as the general opinion seems to be that their future is uncertain. The better 2000s still need more time (especially an old school one like Calon-Segur). I wouldn't hesitate to crack one of those 09s - the 2009s are drinking exceptionally well young, and are absolutely delicous - the structure is there, but they have so much fruit.
