14.5% abv. Mazuelo grapes: 40%; Syrah: 40%; Garnacha (Grenache): 20%. Very dark purple color and opaque in the glass. Nose of dark fruits with maybe a hint of rhubarb. Somewhat tannic but the blackberry/boysenberry fruitiness makes it an easy drinker for a casual meal such as burgers, sloppy joes or maybe tacos. I also tried it with smoked Gouda cheese and liked the pairing.
