2007 Selbach-Oster Zeltinger Schlossberg Riesling Spätlese
Still very youthful even from half bottle. Ripe peach, apple skin and slate. On its own it could use some extra acidity, but with spicy Thai green curry it worked out well.

Sounds great combo. We're having a seafood & green curry tonight, I guess I know what to look for.
