2007 Karl Lawrence Cabernet Sauvignon - USA, California, Napa Valley (6/2/2014)While I thought this wine too jammy on release, 5 years in the cellar has calmed it down quite a bit. There's still amply body, the structure is appropriate, and the fruit still quite fresh, if very ripe. Went well with a burger. Not something to contemplate.
