Sunday Chat - Pre-Thanksgiving Edition

It is the Sunday before US Thanksgiving. The MoCoolest of Holidays! Come to chat to discuss which obscure wines pair best with the craziness that is the Thanksgiving feast! Here are the times when the fun gets started: at 4 p.m. Eastern Time; 3 p.m. Central Time; 2 p.m. Mountain Time; 1 p.m. Pacific Time; 9 p.m. in the K; 10 p.m. in Italy, France, Germany, and Sweden; 11 p.m. in Finland and Israel; 8 a.m. Monday in Sydney and environs; and 10 a.m. Monday in New Zealand. I believe these are all corrected for standard time changes. If I am off, let me know. Please let me know when the time changes your neck of the woods so I remember to make the appropriate changes.

Unsure if I'll show up today. I'm struck by a devilish lumbago and should probably rather be resting my back in bed in the hope to be able to attend tomorrow's Italian wine day here in Stockholm as well as the following tasting of eight 2010 Baroli. Would hate to miss that!

But, I'll give it a chance and login right away in the hope that someone will come in early.
