2011 Dönnhoff Dellchen Riesling - Germany, Nahe (1/8/2015)Brilliant wine that combines palate richness, surprisingly bright acidity for the vintage, citrus fruit, stone and a long finish. I would venture that it is near the top end of the range for trocken wine, but it does not come across as having sweetness, just incredible richness.

I think you make a good point David about sweetness as compared to richness! Now if I could just feel more confident about/describing the acidity levels in these wines.
