2013 Clos Saron A Deeper Shade of Blue - USA, California, Sierra Foothills (1/19/2015)
Deep aromas of meat, iron, leather and ripe blackberries lead into a structured, peppery and fruity palate. It's still youthfully fat, but in a grapey, not overdone way. A few years in the cellar should do this a world of good.
