2004 Domaine Denis Bachelet Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Les Corbeaux Vieilles Vignes - France, Burgundy, Côte de Nuits, Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru (2/28/2015)For those really sensitive to the green this would likely not be good, but overall I found it quite enjoyable. What I really enjoyed was the silken texture of the wine. It was a very nice match with the braised short ribs, and kept improving as the night wore on. Plenty of red fruit still left, and an earthiness that gained prominence as it opened.

Don't think I've had the Corbeaux, but liked Bachelet in 2004s (from Bourgogne to Charmes). I'm not supersensitive to the GMs, though
