2014 Liquid Farm Mourvedre Rosé Vogelzang - USA, California, Central Coast, Happy Canyon of Santa Barbara (4/18/2015)This is a nice enough rosé, though it is not my favorite this year by a wide margin. There is some good strawberry and light cherry fruit, a bit of earthiness and decent finishing acidity. I find the mid palate to be a bit watery, so the wine comes off as a bit thin. It will probably do just fine with salads on hot summer days.
