I recently had an incredible rosé - okay, rosato - from La Spinetta's Tuscan shop, Casanova. It was Sangiovese and Prugnolo, was really a white wine but qualified as pink because of the vinification, was rich, dry and delicious, and I want to buy a case of it even though it cost 20 bucks. Yeah. Let's do this.
