Tried this last night after 4 other Zins went down the drain:
1. Ridge Zin DusiRanch/PasoRobles/SLOCnty (14.9%; 36 brls; Bttld: Jan 97; SaH: 26 Brix; Drk: 12/96-12/00-12/01: PD) 1995: Med.dark color w/ some bricking; strong vanilla/Am.oak/pencilly strong plummy/blackberry/jammy/boysenberry/PR Zin slight alcoholic cedary/oldZin rather perfumed/complex nose; soft some plummy/boysenberry/blackberry/ripe Zin/jammy fairly vanilla/toasted coconut/pencilly/cedary/oldZin bit alcoholic some complex flavor w/ light/astringent/drying tannins; long ripe/boysenberry/blackberry/PR jammy/Zin/framboise rather cedary/pencilly/vanilla/Am.oak bit alcoholic finish w/ light bitey tannins; still has plenty of jammy PR Zin fruit but drying out just a tad on the palate.
______________
No BP this time.

Cool that a Paso Zin goes 20. I am still holding one bottle of 1995 Pagani Ranch Zin. Had that one lately?
