For the past few months this normally $43ish champers is all over the place at much less. We went through a few bottles in L.A. back in April purchased at Whole Foods. Wholesale is down to $20, so I just bough a case locally at $22 from someone who will sell to me at cost plus ten. Happy to have it, but what happened? It's like a nationwide distributor dump.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
