Dashe Cellars "The Comet" 2012

This is their blend of Zin, Carrignane, and Petit Sirah. A quite "backwards" wine, I did not care for it that much on release. But now, it is beginning to show very nicely. The tannins show the Petit Sirah. The savory herbal notes speak of Carrigan. The blackberry says Zinfandel. This is evolving quite nicely!
