Hello, I'm a eonology student from southern Brazil. I've read many articles about the ML01 yeast (transgenic Saccharomyces cerevisiae S92 with malolatic fermentation capability), published from 2006-2012.
Is ML01 a commercial product nowadays? Do the wines made with them get some form of identification because of the transgene involved?
I'm really interested in produce some experiments with the yeast, but I couldn't find a way to buy it.
