Found a half case of this petite chateau Graves when I'd moved my cellar and catalogued it.

Best guess was that I had a half case of cooking wine as this is an undistinguished inexpensive little wine. Opened it figuring that we'd marinate something. Big surprise - very decent little wine with fair fruit levels and balance. Who knew? Sometimes the most modest wine can surprise you. Had 3 bottles so far and all of even quality.

Never heard of it. Which vintage?

1988, which is why I hadn't held out much hope of it being good for anything but marinade.
