2012 Domaine Christian Moreau Père et Fils Chablis Grand Cru Valmur - France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis Grand Cru (11/25/2016)Ripe yet fresh, this shows a peachy side of Chablis, but with a solid acid backbone. It also has a pleasing salinity on the finish, which helps its presentation as a more focused wine than the ripeness level would initially suggest. Subtle spice and herb tones add complexity to what is a very pleasing drink.
