2008 Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon Estate - USA, California, San Francisco Bay, Santa Cruz Mountains (1/22/2017)A little oaky, and a lot fruity. This is still in its infancy, but it's fun to drink, especially with a burger. There is much potential for development here, so it's smart to wait 5 or even 10 more years, but I wanted Cabernet with my beef, so patience be damned!

Thank you for taking one for the team. I have just one bottle and will wait at least 5+ years (I'm too old to wait 10 yrs.) before opening it. I think I read that there is Montebello grapes in this wine!
